O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the fourth respondent police to file final report in the First Information Report in Crime No.218 of 2022, pending on the file of the fourth respondent Police.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the fourth respondent has registered a case in Crime No.218 of 2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fourth respondent has registered the First Information Report in Crime No.218 of 2022, in which, the investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the fourth respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date 2/4

of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
