The above Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the prayer as to issue a writ of certiorarified to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent in G.O.Ms.No.126, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 09.10.2019 as well as G.O.Ms.No.26, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department issued by the first respondent dated 19.02.2020 respectively in so fa as it directs grant of seniority only from the date of joining the ministerial service is concerned and impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.7676/2022/Pe.2 dated 06.02.2023 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioners in the relevant panel year based on seniority and eligibility with consequential promotion by recruitment by transfer to the post of Junior Assistant/ Bill Collector on notional basis with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary and to pass orders.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter on 20.11.2024.
