COMMON ORDER When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died long back. Even then, the legal heirs of the petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to proceed with these petitions.

2. In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
