This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.124 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police

2. Today when these matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation has been completed and the final report filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhachalam on 21.02.2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
