When the matter was taken up for hearing, affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: "

7. It is submitted that based on the above order, the final report has been already filed before the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 31.07.2023 and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.219 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024. The next date of hearing on 28.02.2025 for fresh summon.
