Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for their act of willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.02.2024 in WP.No.4761 of 2024.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for their act of willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.02.2024 in WP.No.4761 of 2024, thereby the respondents were directed to treat the training period as Helper from the date of their initial appointment with all monetary and service benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondents preferred appeal and obtained interim order of stay of all further proceedings of the order passed by this Court in the said writ 2/4

petition on 25.03.2025.
