This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his act of willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.01.2024 in W.P.No.897 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, the respondents have filed writ appeal and obtained stay.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed at present. The petitioners are at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of writ appeal. No costs.
