Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned senior counsel appearing for the 8th respondent makes a statement that as per his instructions, the lands belonging to his client has been left out and that a proceeding to this effect has been passed by the District Collector, Salem. In view of this development, he is not pressing WMP No.31887 of 2023 which was filed for recalling the order of this court passed in W.P. No.20891 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023.

2. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
