C.M.P.No.23869 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.43956 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in representing the above second appeal in S.A.SR.No.43956 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the original owner vz., Rajavalli died and also one of the brother died. He further submitted that due to lack of communication from the original owner, they could not represented the above second appeal

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has raised formal objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is ordered and delay of 106 days in above appeal is condoned.
