This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Memo in O.S. No. 1320 of 2019 on the file of XXI Addl. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as the original copy of the order is not available with the Revision Petitioner, she may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, she filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
