Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the G.O.Ms.(4D) No.1, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department (AH-2) Department dated 26.07.2019 passed by the 1st respondent and the proceedings of the 2nd respondent letter in Na.Ka.No.23714/E2/18-1 dated 11.10.2019 and quash the crucial dated 01.07.2017 contained in Para 6 of the GO (4D) No.1 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department (AH-2) department dated 26.07.2019 and para 6 of remaining 5 years of service should be after completion of live stock inspector training course contained in the 2nd respondent letter in Na.Ka.No.23714/E2/18-1 dated 11.10.2019 consequently direct the respondent to depute the petitioner to Live Stock Inspector Training at his own cost.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
