The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Villupuram on all working days at 10:30 AM until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22263 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that he shall report before the respondent police on alternative saturday at 10:30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.. Accordingly, ordered.
