ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus Respondents 1 to 10 to conduct an enquiry and close the Sunrise Club Covai bearing License No.F.L.2 No.16/2022 functioning at S.No.219/1B, Somanar Road, Karumathampathy, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, based on petitioner's representations dated 22.05.2024 and 20.09.2024 respectively.

2. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the 11th Respondent is dispensed with.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents the representations dated 22.05.2024 and 20.09.2024 would be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, this Court directs the appropriate authority to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.05.2024 and 20.09.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law after putting the petitioner, 11th Respondent and any other interested parties / stake holders on notice after affording them a 3/6

reasonable opportunity of hearing within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representations and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representations on its own merits and in accordance with law.
