The civil revision petition is filed to set aside the adjudication dated 16.08.2023 in MP No.1 of 2022 in RCOP No.504 of 2016 passed by the learned XVI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The diary extract in MP 1/2022 dated 16.08.2023 reads as under: MP 1/2022 petitioner counsel present.

Calculation memo received. Rs.47410/- to be paid towards SD Penalty. The counsel stated that the calculation seems to be erroneous are to here about Rs.15000/- is only to be paid. For filing calculation memo by petitioner counsel call on 23/08/2023.

3. On a perusal of the above diary extract, it is noticed that there is no adjudication. Therefore, this Revision is unsustainable. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.3068 of 2024 is closed.
