O R D E R
The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 323 and 498A of IPC in Cr.No.16 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant got married in the year 2015. Though the petitioner had illicit relationship with other women, difference of opinion arose between the couple and lived separately. After pacifying the dispute, in the year 2018, they joined together. But the petitioner has not changed his attitude and abused the defacto complainant physically frequently. Hence, the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint against her husband before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has not been committed any offence and the petitioner is innocent and due to family dispute, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submits that in an earlier occasion, this Court has directed the parties to attend the mediation. However, the same was failed. The respondent police has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, the present petition is wholly misconceived. Accordingly, this petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for necessary relief by filing appropriate petition.
