This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15528 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21313 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
