This Court in Criminal Revision Case No.286 of 2019 passed the following order and directed the petitioner herein to pay the arrears of maintenance, within a period of three months.

2.After lapse of 10 months, the present application is filed seeking extension of time to comply the order. It is unfortunate that, even after granting time to pay arrears of maintenance and continue to pay periodical maintenance, the petitioner herein has not even paid single pisa to her wife and his children but has casually come to this Court for seeking extension of time only after Non-Bailable warrant is issued against him. This Court finds there is no bonafide in the Application for granting extension of time. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
