This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as one of the party respondent in the main writ petition.

2. Pursuant to the impugned auction notice, the petitioner also participated in taking the shop Nos.27 and 28 and she became the successful bidder by quoting the highest bid amount of Rs.1,11,000/- and also paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of a Demand Draft as advance deposit and despite the same, the shop has not been handed over to the present petitioner, who wants to be impleaded.

3. Therefore, the petitioner being a necessary party, without hearing the petitioner since the issue raised in this writ petition cannot be effectively and completely adjudicated, this Court feels that this petitioner can be impleaded as one of the party respondent in the writ petition. Hence, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
