This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in the order dated 12.10.2022 Crl.O.P.No.23801 of 2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has filed this petition within a short period of time after getting anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has also not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for an another period of three months.
