These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime Nos.478 & 479 of 2019 dated 29.06.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirukoilur, Villupuram District pending investigation and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur on 20.02.2023.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in these Petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
