The orders were passed in the main criminal original petition on 28.08.2019. By virtue of this miscellaneous petition, the 2nd respondent is attempting to recall the entire order and this Court does not have the jurisdiction to review the order passed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The law on this issue now settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2.In view of the same, this petition is dismissed.
