This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the basis of petitioner's complaint vide CSR No.126 of 2019 dated 29.01.2019 and investigate the same within stipulated time period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 15.12.2019.
