O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.147 of 2018 pending on the file of the second respondent to CBCID or any other investigation agency by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2019.

2. Heard Mr.A.V.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kathikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the petition was came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that in respect of Crime No.147 of 2018, the second respondent police has completed the investigation and filed final report before the Magila Court, Villupuram and the same was pending in SC.No.57 of 2020. The said submission is recorded by this Court.

4. Hence, in view of the above, since the investigation has already been completed in the petition mentioned crime number, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
