These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Cases against the order in Crl.M.P.Nos.5680 to 5682 of 2022 in C.C.No.84 of 2022, dated 21.06.2022 passed by the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavits are accepted and the delay of 54 days in filing the Criminal Revision Cases is condoned and the criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
