This application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 07.10.2020 in the above suit. Earlier, an application in A.No.1366 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 1471 days in filing the application. That application was allowed by an order dated 03.06.2025. This application is consequential in nature. The applicant does not dispute the right of the plaintiff in getting a share in the property nor has the applicant disputed the actual share alloted to the plaintiff under the preliminary decree.
