Heard Mr. D.Sreenivasan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V.Arun, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. R.Kumaravel, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the First to Fifth Respondents had produced the letter no. Na. Ka. 115 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022 from the Third Respondent stating that the Petitioner has informed him that she is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
