CR.NO.31/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition of appearing before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders once in every month imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.7094 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11749 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR PUDUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- A report has been filed that the petitioner has not complied the condition from August 2018. However, the explanation given is that the charge sheet has been filed and simultaneously an application has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings which is pending before this Court and stay has also been granted.

2.However, the condition imposed must be complied. 3.In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to report as directed in the order at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month for five successive months and thereafter appear on all hearing dates.
