ORDER

This petition is filed for defreezing of the Savings Bank Accounts of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that since the respondents had already made a request to the Bank and based on the same, the Bank had also defreezed the accounts of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed.
