This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from permitting the 5th respondent for setting up a retail outlet.

2. Now, it is stated that license has been granted to the 5th respondent for running a retail outlet and she is also doing retail outlet business.

3. In the said circumstances, Mr.R.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the license granted to the 5th respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the license granted to 5th respondent.
