When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.30 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Walajapet, had been completed and that the petitioners were convicted on 20.01.2025, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
