Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent issued in G.O.Ms.No.155, School Education (D2) Department, dated 03.10.2002 and the
consequential order of the 2nd respondent passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.87909/D(3) (4)/02 dated 26.05.2003 and final order of the 3rd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.87909/D(3)/4/02 dated 26.05.2003 and final order of the 3rd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.1530/A2/03 dated 03.10.2003 and quash the same in so far as the direction to take steps to refund of arrears paid, direction to pay salary only after completing the training alone are concerned and direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to continuously pay salary and other benefits from the date of petitioners Appointments i.e., 03.06.1996 and forthwith send the petitioner for one month Child Psychology Training through the 5th respondent. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 19.07.2017 stating that the petitioner has been working in the same school. Hence, the relief sought for in this petition has having become infructuous.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is is
dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
