ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.246 of 2024 on the file of the first Respondent herein, as against the Petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.246 of 2024 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, 8 of the TN Private Clinical Establishment Act, 1997 and 420 of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.383 of 2025 on 25.09.2025.
