This petition is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of deposit receipt for Rs.25,000/-.

2.When the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she applied for certified copy of the deposit receipt and obtained the same.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
