ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner, father of the detenue Balasaraswathi, aged 31 years, to cause production of his daughter before this Court and to set her at liberty.

(2)Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue had been secured and handed over to the petitioner herein and hence, the petitioner has become infructuous.

(3)The Court heard the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. (4)Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner who has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
