O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to carry out the correction from 0.18.0 ares to 0.22.5 ares in the revenue records of the respondent in respect of new S.No.117/17.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made an application on 15.12.2022, based on which a survey was conducted and upon survey report, the fourth respondent has already recommended for carrying out the rectification. However, no final orders has been passed. Hence, this writ petition.

3. It is the further case of the petitioner that he has only been orally informed by the respondents that there is a civil suit pending. According to the petitioner, the civil suit does not relate to the subject matter property at all and further the petitioner is also not a party to the civil suit.

4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

The second respondent is directed to pass final orders on the application of the petitioner dated 15.12.2022 in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
