This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.B.Siva Kollappan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 146 days, in the appeal.

4.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
