When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 05.01.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Since, the license has been granted to the petitioner by the respondent, subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
