This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 01.02.2017 passed in I.A.No. 80 of 2016 in O.S.No. 18 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court at Salem.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner and also for the past two hearings. The learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that the suit was also dismissed for default. Therefore, he prayed that this Civil Revision Petition may be closed.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
