These applications are filed to set aside the exparte orders passed against the defendants 1 and 2 on 19.07.2022 and 08.08.2022 in C.S.No.19 of 2021.

2. Considering the nature of averments made in the applications and the Suit is filed against the defendants for defamation wherein legal pleadings are pending in various courts and in order to give proper opportunity to the defendants to agitate their rights and considering the nature of relationship between the parties, these applications are ordered and the exparte orders dated 19.07.2022 and 08.08.2022 in C.S.No.19 of 2021 are set aside.
