The plaintiff in this case is a senior citizen and the trial validly commenced with the plaintiff by filing the affidavit of chief examination. The plaintiff is nearly 80 years old and faces certain age related issues to wait in the court hall and hence faced certain difficulties for being examined in the court. Hence, this application is taken out to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for recording the evidence of the plaintiff.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the difficulties of the plaintiff, as she is nearly 80 years old, this court appoints Ms.R.Chitra, Advocate, having office at No.7/3 Nancy Apartment, Nancy Street, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 007 (Enrollment No.Ms240/12 & Phone Nos.9952028491/9962670092), as Advocate Commissioner, to examine the plaintiff at the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre of the Madras High Court on 27.01.2023, for which purpose, the remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.25,000/-. _________ Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
