The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to refrain from laying roads, drainage or carrying on any public infrastructure works on the petitioner's property.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 2/5

that for similar relief, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.581 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate interlocutory application in the manner known to law.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate interlocutory application in O.S.No.581 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem, in the manner known to law.
