This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 184 days in filing the revision against the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.133/2020 in SC.No.15/2020 by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
