This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16478 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24142 of 2022 on 03.11.2022 as for as appearance of the petitioners before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday and Saturday, until further orders is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has not been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for an another period of three months.
