By order dated 11.11.2022 in A.No.4539 of 2022, the leave granted to the plaintiff was revoked. This application is consequential thereto. By this application, the applicant seeks return of the plaint for purposes of presenting the same before the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur.

2. Learned counsel for the defendants has no objection to this application being allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing the Registry to return the plaint and suit documents to the applicant on or before 05.01.2023. The applicant is permitted to present the suit before the District Munsif Court at Sriperumbudur upon taking such return.
