This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this report on record.

b) To permit the Office Liquidator to call for claims for the second time from all the creditors of the company in liquidation by fixing 60 days time from the date of publication of the notice in the News papers to prove their debt/claim before the Official Liquidator. (c) To permit the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement for calling claims in ''The Hindu'' (in English) and in one issue of State vernacular language in Tamil Daily ''DinaMalar'' (in Tamil) as directed by this Honble Court and to meet neccessary expenses incurred in this regard from the funds of the company in liquidation.

(d) To permit the Official Liquidator to dispense with requirement of Rule 148(2) of the Companies Court Rules 1959 from the issue of individual notices to the creditors.

(g) To pass such further or other order/s as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.

The Office Liquidator is permitted to call for claims for the second time from all the creditors of the company in liquidation by fixing 60 days time from the date of publication of the notice in the News papers to prove their debt/claim before the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator is permitted to publish the advertisement for calling claims in ''The Hindu'' (in English) and in one issue of State vernacular language in Tamil Daily ''DinaMalar'' (in Tamil) and to meet neccessary expenses incurred in this regard from the funds of the company in liquidation.
