C.M.P. No. 13745 of 2017 in C.M.A. SR. 94529 of 2016 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 702 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that no relief is sought against the respondents 1, 2 and 4.

3. Mr. S. Dhakshnamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent and Mr. K.J. Sivakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the 5th respondent.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, 3rd respondent as well as the 5th respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 702 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is also made clear that the petitioners are not entitled for any interest for the delay period.
