ORDER

Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to set aside the judgment dated 09.09.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.25344 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.656 of 2024 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The case is pending from 2019 and instead of prosecuting the case, the petitioner has filed this petition challenging the dismissal of the petition filed 1 / 3

before the Court below seeking to suspend the sentence in 2024. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pass an order suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner.

3. The Court below is directed to execute the warrant and dispose of the appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate for early disposal of the case.
