This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this report on record.

b) To accord permission to engage the services of M/s.ITCOT Limited to revalue the movable and immovable assets belonging to the company in liquidation morefully described hereunder Plot No.30, S.No.297, Hissa No. 1, 2A, 2B and S. No. 304, Hissa No. 1, 2, 3, At-Ambervet, Taluka Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra (Having Industrial open Land 5678 sq.ft.) (c) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet out the revaluation charges payable to ITCOT Limited and other incidental expenses from and out of the funds account.

(d) To pass such order/s as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator Page No.1/3

upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to engage the services of M/s.ITCOT Limited to revalue the movable and immovable assets belonging to the company in liquidation morefully described hereunder Plot No.30, S.No.297, Hissa No. 1, 2A, 2B and S. No. 304, Hissa No. 1, 2, 3, At-Ambervet, Taluka Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra (Having Industrial open Land 5678 sq.ft.). The Official Liquidator is permitted to meet out the revaluation charges payable to ITCOT Limited and other incidental expenses from and out of the funds account.
