ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. The case was registered in Cr.No.231 of 2024 dated 11.05.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 447, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. In this case, A1 is present before the Court. The defacto complainant and the accused have settled the dispute between themselves, subject to the condition that the connected counter case in C.C.No.43 of 2025 is also closed. Since both parties have amicably settled the issue. Pursuant to the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for the exercise of powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No.96 of 2025 and C.C.No. 43 of 2025 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram are hereby quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stand disposed of.

15.10.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
