O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to furnish the relevant documents to the petitioner with regard to Crime No.243 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police for filing claim petition before the concern Tribunal within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.243 of 2023, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 02.11.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20220001944/C202400572 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vridhachalam.

4. Since investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the magistrate concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the magistrate court concern, where the charge sheet has been filed.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
